Control hardware for the new chiller plant

Demand for dense cabinets has outrun every forecast we made three years ago. GPU trays that once filled a single proof-of-concept row now arrive forty racks at a time — so this winter we commissioned a third chiller plant and two new computer-room air-handler galleries serving the high-density aisles.

The headline number is 2MW of additional cooling, but the number that matters to customers is forty: forty cabinets now rated above 17kW each, with rear-door exchanger hookups ready on every one of them. Per-cabinet inlet trending is already live in the customer portal.

What changes for current customers

Nothing you need to schedule. The plant was cut over row by row during maintenance windows, and inlet logs show temperatures never left the normal band. If you are wait-listed for dense space, your account manager will call this week — the new rows open for installs on April 1.

What changes for new deployments

Thermal trials now run directly on production-grade rows instead of the old test aisle, so the numbers you see during evaluation are the numbers you will live with. One chassis, two weeks, no charge for the space if the curve doesn't hold.
