Fiber terminations for the new diverse downtown path

Single-path connectivity is a risk no colocation customer should have to carry. Our second diverse fiber path into the Chicago metro core is now carrying production traffic, completing a true ring: two building entries, two directions, zero shared conduit.

Measured round trips to the downtown aggregation points are consistently sub-millisecond, and failover between paths has been tested under load — not just on paper. Trading customers get the execution-grade paths they asked for; every other customer gets the same physical diversity for free.

Cross-connects in hours, not weeks

With both paths lit, LOAs to any of our fifteen-plus on-net carriers turn up fast — most same-day. If you have a preferred provider that isn't in the meet-me room yet, we'll arrange the build-in and quote the timeline in writing.
